RHS Drop Off & Pick Up Schedule
Posted on 05/11/2020

Greetings Raider Families:

*Please see the letter regarding medicine pickup at the end of this communication.

We are excited to announce that we have been given approval from the district to collect school property and return personal items for students from Monday, May 18th to Friday, May 22nd. Due to AP exams taking place that week we are offering a couple of evening times to accommodate students. Due to construction at the front of the building, we are limited to the amount of traffic that can come through at one time. Therefore, we are moving the Academic and Fine Arts/Athletics items into separate days.

If your child has an important item in the school that is located in a classroom (excluding fine arts and athletics) and we need to retrieve it, please use this form to notify us of the item and its specific location in the school.  We will do our best to retrieve these important items.

SAFETY PROTOCOL:

  • Students and parents must remain in their vehicles
  • Staff will observe safe practices when approaching vehicles to receive and/or return items.
  • All athletic and fine arts items being returned to school must be placed in a sealed trash bag with the student’s first and last name clearly labeledon the bag.

Note: Seniors must turn in school and athletic property to ensure there are no holds on their accounts.

Medicine Pick-Up:

Dear Parents/Guardians:

All medication and medical supplies that have been left in the clinic for your student, need to be picked up on Monday, May 18th in the bus lane at the back of the school. Students will not be able to pick up medications under any circumstances. All medications/supplies must be picked up by a parent or guardian. The district does not allow medication to be stored in the clinic over the summer so all medications not picked up by Thursday, May 21st, will be disposed of properly.

In order to provide the safest option, when picking up medication’s parents/guardians are asked to pull up to the school, remain in your vehicle, then call the campus nurse at: 512-570-2007

Medication/supplies will be brought out to your vehicle.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Have a great summer.
